Delivery is calculated by the weight of the items that you purchase. This is shown during the checkout routine. Please be reminded that our shipping cost is a flat rate of Php500.00 (philippine peso) If you are buying international we will recalculate it depending on the EMS or DHL estimated i ope you understand us. Please note we now deliver outside the Philipines. All orders are delivered via Royal mail / Air Mail. We aim to dispatch items within 24-72 hours of receiving your cleared payment. First Class - LBC / DHL/ Mejie Courier within Metro Manila /l aims to deliver in 1-2 working days Special Delivery - For international EMS guarantees delivery before 1.00pm on the next working day. For Asia country it would take 3-5 days USA 7 to 10 days and Europe countries 10-14days. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days by the post office, therefore items sent on Friday may not be delivered until Monday. * 3/5 working days to arrive in your country, the time it takes to arrive at your address will depend on the postal service in your country. * Philippines - please do not forget to put your contact number so we can update to you about the delivery and by the way we prefer bank to bank transfer or western union or cebuana. Should your order not arrive within 15 working days (excluding weekends) please contact us so we can instigate an enquiry regarding your order and email mejie@hellokitty.com Regardless of the postage method selected we will ensure all products are securely packaged and suitable for posting. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit, however we will do everything we can to assist you to resolve any issues. Returning Goods We do not accept return of goods if the product is has been opened or use. Also, If its international unless you will accept the cost of the shipping charges and 10% charge from the total amount of your urchase. Please email us the reason of returning it back to mejie@hellokitty.com Please include the original packaging slip and indicate why you are retuning the goods and whether you require an exchange or a refund. Again, It is the customers responsibility for the return shipping costs unless the return item is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). .
